Terms of Use

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of prompt-pro.ai (the “Site”), operated by PromptPro (“we”, “us”, “PromptPro”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Beta service

PromptPro is currently provided as a free beta. That means:

features may change, be added, or be removed at any time;
the Site may be unavailable, contain bugs, or behave unexpectedly;
we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. What PromptPro does

PromptPro helps you build structured text prompts. It generates prompt text from the options you select. You then copy that text and use it in a separate, third-party AI tool of your choice. PromptPro does not itself generate the final answers, and we are not responsible for the outputs those third-party tools produce.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use PromptPro, you agree that:

you will not paste confidential, sensitive or personal information into the Site or into any AI tool you use it with;
you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on or sharing it;
you will use the Site lawfully and not for any harmful, infringing, deceptive or abusive purpose;
you are responsible for how you use any prompts or outputs, and for compliance with the terms of any third-party AI tool you use.

4. Not professional advice

PromptPro and any AI outputs are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the Site in breach of any law or third-party rights;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
misuse the feedback or email features (for example, to submit unlawful or abusive content).

We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Site, its design, code and content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Site for its intended purpose.

The text you type, and the prompts and outputs you generate from your inputs, are yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

7. Third-party tools and links

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (for example AI assistants, analytics and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the Site or any AI output will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content can be wrong or misleading; you use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of the Site or any AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. By using the Site you acknowledge that notice.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end the Site, or your access to it, at any time, particularly during beta.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
