How to use PromptPro
The idea
AI gives better answers when a prompt carries three things: who's asking, the context that matters, and a clear instruction. Most people type a one-line request and get a generic reply. PromptPro asks you a handful of quick questions about your task and turns the answers into a structured prompt. Less typing, more context, better answers.
How to build a prompt

Pick the tool for your task
The tools are grouped by the job you're doing: writing, presenting, research, spreadsheets, planning. Open a group and pick one. Each asks only what matters for that job.

Fill in the core fields
Type into the fields or tap the buttons. Only the “Core options” are needed; open “More options” for finer control. Tap any ⓘ for a hint.

Shape how the AI behaves
The global switches let it improve the prompt first, ask you clarifying questions, avoid AI-speak, and flag uncertainty instead of guessing.

Copy, paste, attach
Your finished prompt builds on the right. Hit Copy and drop it into ChatGPT, Claude or any AI tool. Where a tool asks you to paste a document, data or a screenshot alongside the prompt, attach it in your AI tool.

Your prompts stay in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to share your email.
Every prompt you copy is saved to History (the ☰ History button by the preview). Reopen the last ten prompts any time, so you never lose one you liked.
Need an option that isn't listed? Hit + Add under any set of buttons to add your own. It's saved for next time, and you can remove it with the ×.
